In the Luxembourg Ardennes (Eislék), our residence welcomes you for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

From the south-facing terrace, equipped with table and chairs, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Living area of the apartment: 56 m2 + terrace 10 m2.

The entrance is on the back garden level. The apartment is on the 1st floor and includes:

Living room with 32-inch flat screen TV (French, Dutch and Luxembourg programs), DVD player, radio, Wi-Fi, books, guides, maps and tourist documents.

Beautiful newly fitted kitchen with induction cooker, extractor hood, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

Dining area with table and chairs for 4 people.

Crockery and kitchen utensils in sufficient quantity, toaster, kettle, coffee machine from Senseo.

Two bedrooms are equipped as follows:

1. A large double bed with a 160x200cm mattress (new quality bedding, 240x200 duvet and blanket) and chest of drawers.
2. A large double bed 160x200cm with two good quality mattresses 80x200cm, 2 duvets 140x200cm, bedside tables and wardrobe.

Bathroom with cabinet and sink, bath, hand shower, shower curtain, toilet and shelves. There is no washing machine but a laundry is 15 minutes by car at the entrance of Bastogne, Porte de Trèves (near the Carrefour, the library, the sports center and the cinema).

Large garden and parking available. Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is non-smoking, but smokers can easily smoke on the terrace or in the open air.

Conditions for short-term rental:

- Rent from 4 nights possible. Decreasing rates depending on the duration and number of people.

- Obligatory final cleaning package (except kitchen, to be paid by the tenant).

- Beds made upon arrival are included in the price.

Options: rental of towels and kitchen towels, cot with mattress. Possibility of babysitting.

Boevange is located in the north of Luxembourg, near the Belgian and German border and many attractions. Access via the N4 or E411, 18 km from Bastogne and Houffalize (B), 10 km from Clervaux, 12 km from Troisvierges and 18 km from Wiltz.

1 hour from Liège (B), 1 hour 45 minutes from Brussels (B), 1 hour 45 minutes from Trier (D), 1 hour 15 minutes from Luxembourg City (less than an hour by train). Nearest train stations: Clervaux, Troisvierges and Wiltz.
